Architecture Second Opinion – 45 minutes
Bring me the agent or system architecture decision you're about to commit to. In 45 minutes I'll stress-test it against production failure modes (security, state, audit, scale), and within 48 hours you'll have a written memo of risks and recommendations you can circulate to your team.
Founding rate, first 10 sessions: €150, in exchange for a testimonial and permission to anonymize the problem as a case study. Payment is taken at booking. Weekend slots only: four per weekend.
How it works
Before: the booking form asks for the decision at stake, what happens if it goes wrong, and your hard constraints. You can attach a diagram, ADRs, or a rough sketch. That's my prep material.
Minutes 0–5: we confirm the decision under review.
Minutes 5–30: interrogation. I ask, you answer. I'm diagnosing, not lecturing.
Minutes 30–40: top three risks and recommendations, live.
Minutes 40–45: next steps, and where the memo will go deeper.
Within 48 h: the memo, decision reviewed, top risks (why each bites, how to mitigate), recommendations ranked do-now / before-prod / watch.
Policies
- Reschedule free up to 24 hours before.
- No-show: the session is consumed.
- If you walk away without actionable value, tell me within 7 days of the memo and I refund the session.
- Confidential by default. Case studies only via an explicit opt-in.
- Advisory opinion, not implementation. No on-call, no equity-for-advice.

FAQ: invoicing and payment
Do I get an invoice? Yes. Payment goes through Stripe at booking, and the legal invoice is issued separately by IACOBESCU ALEXANDRU-CIPRIAN PFA (Romania) and sent to your email. The Stripe receipt is not the invoice.
Romanian company? You receive the invoice through e-Factura (SPV), as Romanian law requires. Send the fiscal details with your booking or by email: company name, CUI, and registered address. Without them I can only issue a consumer invoice.
EU company outside Romania? You receive a standard invoice by email. Include your VAT number and company details; B2B services between EU member states are normally invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism, so your VAT number matters.
Outside the EU? You receive a standard invoice by email; provide your company details at booking or by email.
What currency? Prices are in EUR and Stripe charges in EUR; your bank converts if your card is in another currency.
Refunds? Cancel at least 2 business days before for an automatic full refund. Later than that, or a no-show, and the session is consumed. If the session gives you no actionable value, say so within 7 days of the memo and I refund it. Details in the terms.

AI agents welcome
AI agents are welcome to book a session if they have the funds: payment is taken at booking, and the intake form works the same for humans and agents.
